• Tech froeb continuous fryer is an ideal solution for frying food products like burger, nuggets, fingers, veg formed products and many other products which need frying.

• The machine is constructed on a frame of 40 × 40 mm with 2mm thickness square pipe of stainless steel 304.

• The conveyor is mounted on 4 mm stainless steel 304 sheet for stability.

• The top conveyor is adjustable so that the different product thickness can be handled on the machine.

• The machine is equipped with scrapper in order to remove the sediments from the fryer tank. (Optional)

• The sediments are collected in a separate tank which can be removed for cleaning.

• The scrapper is filled with a variable drive and can be adjusted as required.

• The machine is filled with 2 manual hoist for lifting the conveyor and the header assembly for easy cleaning. (Optional)

• The machine is fixed with spray nozzles for easy cleaning of conveyors and tank.

• The machine is fixed with touch screen display and PLC for ease of operation. (Optional)

• Double filter provided in the machine so that the down time can be reduced in case cleaning is required for the filter.

• In order to save the space the oil storage tank is provided below the fryer so that the oil from the fryer tank can easily be transferred to the storage tank for fryer cleaning.
